He holds an MBA and is dedicated to helping people—from teenagers to adults—build strong money habits and achieve lasting financial freedom. As the founder of Growth Mindset Publishing, Chad creates engaging books and workbooks that simplify personal finance, investing, and life skills. His work is fueled by a deep commitment to mentoring, family, and service, including two combat tours and years of community volunteering. Chad’s mission is simple: to empower others to take control of their future, one smart decision at a time.
